There is a lady who works in the Cosmatic department she has red hair older my wife was trying on some perfume that she wantned to buy and she starts screaming at my wife telling her she cannot put on perfume before she buys it. What a load of rubbish she has no costumer service skills and she should not be yelling and screaming at the costomers! She needs to go back to costumer service school and learn how to be nice to people!! I am mad
