Walked into the store and passed 6 staff at different times without so much as a greeting! Then I wasn’t approached once to see if I needed help. Too busy chatting amongst themselves. This is a store not a social club . Ridiculous

My family & I walked in with 5 minutes left.. we weren’t going to go in however the lady at the door let us know there was still 5 minutes till close. I wasn’t sure what I was needing, we got to work with Kaitlyn and I must say everytime I go there I hope to see her. She didn’t just hand me what I needed, she color tested my skin, gave me examples of what the product will look like and let me know the returns/exchange policy and helped me from start to finish She’s amazing!

I don’t recommend shopping here. These staffs are most of the times rude! Maybe because we are a different race and maybe We’re looking like trash from them? They don’t even know how to apologize to a customer when they your regulated their company rules and policy such as opening a bottle when you were just trying to smell it. I get it! It’s against the policy But you dont have to shout. I guess they dont know how to confront people in a polite way. It is way better to watch reviews on youtube and shop online instead of going to this store. My first ever review just being honest now as I have kept this for so many years. I had faith that someone will be nice to me but never happened unfortunately.
