Anyone who plans to visit this store please don’t make the same mistake I did. The people who work here are very pushy and scammy. They’ll use a professional hot tool on your hair and make it seem like it’s amazing only to find out when they get you to buy it it’s not even close to the same product that they used on you in store. Such a scam. I don’t understand how a place like this is still in business!! Stay far far away from here if you can.

Royale targets young individuals (students) with 'high-pressure sales tactics.' Your sales pitch about a 'hair-styling' brush being 'on sale today ($200) reduced from ie. $400+. It's a piece of crap! Royale does a demo on your hair with a 'professional' brush and then scam you with another brush which you 'believe' is what you used on our hair, but it's a switch-up. 'After' item is purchased, the receipt states 'no returns'. A complete scam!
