I was told about the eye serum at the Royal Bee kiosk in Oshawa Centre mall and went to purchase it. I tried my visa card from RBC 3 times and it was not approved and i received my visa statement and was billed for 565 dollars for a purchase i did not make.I am desperately trying to reach the manager and a sales person by the name of Anna and to noavail. I would love for a manager to respond ASAP. Thanks
