I have tried to call Rona 4 times in the last 2 weeks I have not been able to get through once. I have been put on hold and waited over half an hour each time without being answered. I am currently on the line and have been for 3/4 of an hour. I will have to give up. I will not be phoning back and not knowing if they have what I want I will not be going to there store.
