Waited outside the store for over 30 minutes as only one customer at a time is allowed in the store. When the one customer left, I walked in. The man working there walked up to me and said "you can't be in here while I'm on the phone..." and pointed to the door. He was not on the phone when I walked in... So rude! I waited another 15 minutes, as he kept looking out the window if I was still there. Made me uncomfortable so I left!

Very disappointed had a service for my elderly mother who was in a long term care home she had dimentia and other health problems her bill started to get quite large spoke to someone about having the on demand disabled was told I had to use parental control but due to COVID was unable to get in to see my mom fast forward to next month and my mother passed away upon cancellation of the service and getting another high bill was told she had rented adult movies which in no way would she had done in normal times was told by a very helpful person to speak with someone about having them removed from bill but someone from higher up decided that I would have to pay for these purchases will never again have anything to do with this company I am very disappointed in the customer service I received
