I stopped at Ren’s petstore on Innes as I knew they had lots of choices but did not know which dog food I would consider buying as my dog has allergies AND is a picky eater ( yes lucky us). I believe it was the manager who helped me out. She was very attentive to my story of my dog not doing well on raw, being allergic to many proteins, to me cooking his pork and that he had grown bored of my cooking. They listened, recommended and he loves it!

I went into Ren's today for the first time (don't have one in my home town) but I just wanted to say I was beyond happy with the customer service there. Starting right from when I walked in the door. Greeted by the Friendly staff and then they took the time to go over all the dog food questions we had and they gave us a small bag (not one of those 1 cup samples) of food for free as a sample to try for our dogs. Clean store, friendly staff, and fully stocked shelves. We will be back!
