(1/5) Pickup groceries service (PC Express) is Brutal!!

We have been using the PC Express service at the 130th Ave SE Calgary Superstore for almost a year now. My last 3 pickups have taken over 30 minutes with todays taking 42 minutes. When I called a second time to ask about my order they said that it was delayed because customers were showing up late from the previous time slot. This would make them an hour and 45 minutes late by this time but they were arriving after me and still getting their order before me. Meanwhile, delivery employees were going car door to car door to ask if we were a particular person that they had lost the order for. My expectation if I am paying for service and where they schedule me when to show up is that my order is picked and it takes 5 minutes to get the cart from the door out to my vehicle. Not 40 minutes!! This has become a money-grab and has reduced the value of paying for this kind of service.
