I have been trying for a couple of months trying to report a lost/stolen phone and have been hitting my head against a brick wall. When you sign onto a page you get directed to another page and find you are right back where you started. Their site is full of similar complaints of people trying to report lost/stolen phones and unable to get contact. I guess it is O.K. if you live in T.O. or Alberta but certainly not anywhere else in Canada.

I purchased a public mobile phone plan, thinkin that i would need to compromise on quality, but i have not found any problems with any part of their service! Additionalu, i was very impressed when holiday time, they reached out and gifted all customers with free gb of data and long distance minutes... Would recomend to all!
