I have shopped quite a few times at the Barton location. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Today I went in for gift cards and a particular item. I have to give a big Thank You to Paul for going above and beyond. I received the best customer service ever. Thank You Paul, you made my day!

Ordered a battery online for curbside pickup. Made sure it is in stock. I have waited over 48 hrs and the order still shows submitted. I tried to call the store and sat on hold for 30 minutes, it than hung up on me. This happened 3 times. Now I am writing this review and still don't know what is happening with my order and have a headache from listening to the same recording for 1.5 hours.

So, writing this in a way to completely understand what retail staff actually go through at times with customers! It is 8:50 pm on a Wednesday evening. I just finalized my purchases and about to walk out the door and my shock, I DON'T have my car keys in my pocket! I think many of us have had that "rush" of fear...ALL of the events (the thoughts) that await when suddenly losing your keys! I am basically screwed having no keys, that could have been standing in the parking lot of Princess Auto with a bag full of goods and no place to go. My cell phone, my house keys, my everything locked in a car that I cant get to even call and/or, go get my spare keys! Yep, screwed! I start walking though the store in panic looking for WHERE I may of placed them to look at something, or did I drop them and they got kicked by accident under a shelving unit...? TOTAL Panic! ...it's now 9:05 Pm...I am walking in the opposite direction of the front door where at least 3 staff members are trying to guide me in that direction so they can close and likely finish their shift duties, and there is me, informing I LOST MY KEYS! (To add to the nonsense, I usually, when visiting this store, I know what I need, where it is, and go directly there, pick what I want and leave. I know where I went and could "back-track" very easily, if need be. This particular evening, "I had time" to WALK THE ENTIRE STORE and look at EVERYTHING!) ..so MY KEYS, could be ANYWHERE! A needle in a haystack, the very definition of that statement. To wrap this up, before I knew it, the ENTIRE STAFF stepped up and were ALL looking, through the entire store to help me look for my keys. Did they want me out, yes, probably,...I would if I worked there...but not one moment did they make me "feel" that way, while we were ALL looking, they were all helpful, and finally resulting in a voice coming from the back of the store..."I FOUND THEM!" at about 9:20 Pm. My review, In that moment, I was standing at the front of the store, a fellow named Branden hands me my keys, the manager Dennis, and the entire remaining staff were all standing there with me (I am guessing about 7-8 staff members) seeing me off with a smile, success in finding my keys (and they could finally lock up haha) I was so grateful. Words can't describe how relieved I was. The crew at this location are fantastic! Besides they always being helpful when I am there, this evening proved amazing humanity and kindness. The end of a shift, people WANT to go home. NOT ONE member gave up helping me and they were ALL there. AWESOME, THANK YOU! This store, good people...PLEASE Reward were you see fit. This customer, acknowledged. Wednesday evening shift - MAY / 9 / 2018.
