This is the worst waste of my time I have spent time trying to get help and no one can unfreeze my money card or connect my pc optimum card to my money card frustrated beyond belief

i have spent 3 weeks and probably 24 hours waiting on the phone to talk to someone. still haven't gotten through. i would give 0 stars but it won't let me

Absolute WORST and most INCOMPETENT bank I have ever gone through. After waiting 3 days for the card they allegedly "express shipped" I call them and they tell me I have to wait another FIVE DAYS to access MY OWN money. Am I supposed to starve until then? I talked to at LEAST THREE DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES and all of which told me that on that third day, I should have had my card. They told me to check again, it should be there. Now I'm being told I have to wait FIVE MORE DAYS?! Are all of their employees mentally inept? I took my concerns to their ombudsman but I guess even he/she even lacks the brain capacity to respond. I'm not even going to START on the "mandatory site maintenance" that leaves me unable to access my account that happens on Saturday somehow beyond anyones control. I am posting this on every platform I can find until something is done :) so far, this is my 7th post. Many more to come.
