I'd like to thank Amber at the Woodstock Ontario store for helping me with my cat cat after he had ingested Absorbex kitty litter while grooming himself. She offered me some gut health treats which have turned him around. He's eating better and though he's lost 90% of his hair, it's starting to grow back. So a huge thank you to Amber.

Oh goodness well where do I begin! I was so upset with the service at petsmart in St.Albert, the groomer named Shelby had a bad attitude right from the start since she simply did not want to do her job, she was lazy and flat out rude. Took her anger out on my dog, "didn't finish the job because it was too stressful" so when I came to pick up my dog, his face was half shaved, clearly wasn't bathed and once again she was rude, did not own up to it.

Hi we wnt to the Newmarket location to have our maltipoo groomed we normally go to ashleigh she fantastic but today I saw Sharon because Ashleigh wasn't in and are extremely happy with the service Sharon did on our fur baby. We have nothing but awesome things to say about the Newmarket grooming location Petsmart Newmarket is lucky to have Ashleigh and Sharon as there groomers.

Terrible service. I ordered online and the price was $40 cheaper than going in store to buy. Their app was down so I had to go to the store and pay an extra $40 for the exact same order online. When I did curb side pickup, they forgot half my order. I had to pull over into a parking lot to see what was missing, had to wait again for them to figure out where half my order went. Had to deal with 3 rude customer service agents in a row in order to get WHAT I PAID FOR! This place is a joke.
