I have been purchasing food for my dogs from this location for 14 years. I have always had positive experiences with the staff when asking for advice. My senior chihuahua in his last year was very ill, and I asked what they suggested to help him eat again. I was offered lots of helpful suggestions with genuine concerns on his well being. They always ask how he was feeling when I come in, which showed they really care.

I just returned from Pet Valu for an appointment with the groomer (my cat needed a de-matting), and not only were the ladies who work/run the shop as a whole really nice and helpful (answering any questions I had about my cat, whether it was about her weight, etc.), but the groomer herself was also very patient and willing to work with, and adapt to, my cat's needs (she has quite a bit of anxiety.). They were even willing (and able) to help me with a situation that I currently have with a rabbit in my backyard. For the curious of you, the rabbit is malnourished and young, and has spent a lot of time (a few weeks) shaking and shivering on my patio (its summer by the way, so its not the weather). Anyways, long story short, they gave me plenty of advice about what I can do for the rabbit's health and safety, and how to do it. All and all, I really liked the people who worked there as they were all really kind and helpful (and one of them was also really sweet and cute too). I appreciated there help tremendously and I would recommend 10/10.
