Panago Pizza in Canada - Locations, Hours, Flyers

On January 25, 2019, at approimatley 3:30 pm, I stopped at your location at Centre Street and 20 Avenue, NW, Calgary, AB, because it's next to my insurance company . I ordered your special; Date Night for 2, which came with a medium pizza 3 toppings, caesar salad and 2 cheese cakes . I requested the pizza have pepperoni, ham and mushrooms. I was the only customer at the location.The employee at the till was having difficulty selecting this special and stated it was hard to find on the system.The employee finally located the special on the till, we (her & I ) reviewed the special. She asked what kind of salad dressing I wanted, I stated its Caesar salad so Caesar dressing would be good, employee said they might not have that dressing. I explained to her that they must have it because special has ceasar salad. She finally found it. The employee then read back my order, pizza has pepperoni, mushroom & pineapples, I said no, pizza has pepperoni, ham and mushrooms, she said ok. I asked employee to please read my order back to me. She said pizza has pepperoni, mushrooms and pineapple, again I said no. Pizza has pepperoni, ham and mushrooms. Employee said OK she would change it. I then paid for my order and went to my insurance company next to Panago Pizza. I returned in 10 minutesto pick up my order. I proceeded the 2 miles home to enjoy my Panago dinner. I opened the pizza and was extremely disappointed, the pizza had very few mushrooms and lots of pineapple, I told the employee 3 times I did not want pineapple on this pizza, I hate pineapple! In addition the pizza had very few mushrooms or I should say, there were very few mushrooms pieces, there weren't even slices of mushrooms on the pizza. I opened the bag that ceasar salad was in to get the receipt but the employee did not include a receipt. Needless to say I'm extremely upset that I paid $28 for this meal, which I ordered and picked up but I cannot eat it because I hate pineapple. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have no dinner and this location is laughing all the way to the bank. As a 3 rd generation Calgarian I can assure you I have many acquaintances in this city and I intend to let each of them know how this location has tarnished your Corporate image and make sure they spread the word, that this location is not to be visited ever.
