Online order that is not suitable, or doesn't fit? Be careful. They will only give you a refund if you pay them at least $30 for a RMA label. Unheard of in online shopping, but they do it. And, if you pay to return it yourself, they "claim" they didn't receive it, and tell you to talk to your shipper for a claim. So, basically, they are taking your money, and wanting the shipper to cover it, IMO. If you are looking for large sizes in Canada, try Eddie Bauer. Excellent products, and an even better return policy. It doesn't cost you a cent to return an item, and so, it shouldn't. Good grief! Unbelievable.
