Awful customer service and distribution department . Unpacked couch and chair and dropped it on concrete step and damaged it waited a year for replacement now legs are different and want me to keep mismatched items told them no. Then they showed up to exchange them without scheduling an appt now left several messages no one is returning my calls beyond frustrated will never use them again. If I could do zero stars i would
