I bought a beautifull golden pendant and chain to my wife. The chain broke after a few hours, and this is the response of customer support : This is sold as a pendant only and comes with a complimentary plated display chain only , which is not suitable for daily wear and generally does not come with warranty. We do apologise for any confusion in relation to this. If you would like a replacement display chain please visit your local store once they reopen for busines as usual and they will be more than happy to assist you on this occasion, given the circumstances.... Just put Michael Hill on my black list
