I have been going to Merle Norman stores in Toronto since I was introduced to Merle Norman in Los Angeles California in 1978. I found the personnel exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. They were familiar with their product ingredients and made you felt comfortable and confident that you were buying the best products for your skin type. The results are always fast and noticeable and more effective than so called well known domestic and foreign competitors. I always returned to Merle Norman because of their reliability and price. I’m sorry to see so many Merle Norman stores in Toronto close because a highly qualified Merle Norman representative like Jackie Wall at Sherway Gardens’s Merle Norman location (since retired) did so much to build report with clientele and develop long lasting relationships and effectively increase the Merle Norman Brand. I always enjoyed going to see Jackie Wall to discuss new Merle Norman products and trends. Online maybe more convenient however make no mistake there is a price to be paid.,
