I am beyond irritated right now. I ordered two pairs of pants. They could not get the one pair (buy one get one half off) so I called the customer service line to cancel the order as now I am paying full price for one pair of pants (not the deal). They said they could not change, cancel or alter my order, like sub in for pants they have. Now the pants are there and I want a refund and they said I have to make an appointment to come in to do a refund for pants they have in their store!!!! I asked if there was a different way as its covid and she said she could get the paper work started but it would be a lengthy process. To get my money back on my card for pants they have in their store.... I will NEVER deal with this store again. I can not believe there was nothing we could work out. I am so angry. I have never seen customer service this bad in my life. I wish I could rant more and give less stars. I am floored.
