As a shift lead for a different Marks location I was extremely disappointed with the service here. Sales associates were rude and unprofessional. Website showed two pairs of jeans I really needed for a family member in the area, the PDT also showed two pairs and two separate associates were unable to find them (not sure they even really looked). Will not be returning. In addition the stores cleanliness was atrocious.

The Cobourg location needs a serious overhaul of their cashiers. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Worth the drive to Peterborough-skip this store. If I could give 0 stars I would
