My husband bought me a white gold neckless with a lifetime warranty on it. It broke so brought it in to get it fixed. It broke again and when i brought it in again, they informed me that this neckless is not cover under the warranty because it is silver and not white gold! So i guess the gave me a silver neckles, which is cheaper, back the first time i got it fixed. NOT COOL!!! I'm very disappointment!!!
