Was short .19 cents for an item and offered to call in my credit card and even pay extra. I forgot my wallet but still had the cash except for .19 cents. Did not want to drive back and forth from home which was 30 minutes. Zero help or empathy from three staff members at Lowes. A fellow customer helped me out - super nice of the woman. With Home Depot 100 meters away, I will always start there from now on. Lost opportunity for Lowes.

Today Jennifer( administrative support manager) in the Ssrnia Garden Centre was sooo friendly.smiling + patient doing an override for me on 17 discounted plants while the lines were backed up + a transport trailer had just arrived w/ 20 trolleys of new plants which were going to have to displayed where I don’t know because it was already bursting at the seams in there!!! You need to recognize the efficiency + value of this employee who deserves $

My husband and I just purchased patio furniture. We were waited on by a young man named Jerin. He was excellent! He searched and found the decorative pillows I wanted. He helped us choose a deck box for storage pointing out all the different sizes and found one that matched our furniture perfectly. He informed us of the sale that was currently running. I don’t know that we have ever received such service anywhere in any store. I hope he is commended for being an excellent employee! So happy we shopped Lowe’s.
