I attended the Heart Lake Lowes to buy a faucet. I found a faucet with a sticker price on it for $99.00. I asked the sale's Rep to scan the item to confirm the price. He told me that it was no longer $99.00 but $129.00. I informed the Rep that as per the Scanning code of practice and for good customer relations I should get the sticker price, plus $10 extra off. The sales Rep was confrontational and aggressive and told me, there is no such thing.
