Ordered online during pandemic. Set up pick-up date. Attended at store and was told item wasn't there and store would contact us. ONE MONTH later, without hearing from store, without receiving a response to emails and trying to get through on the phone for over an hour, I finally called the Head Office and they cancelled the order. Terrible service. Regardless of covid, this store shouldn't be taking online orders if they can't fill them or get organized.

My mom and I were shopping this evening for several things. The service we received was simply amazing, thoughtful, professional and kind. Thank you to both Ken and Sim for assisting us with our purchases. You went above and beyond. Next time we need something, we will definitely make a point to look for you!! A 10+++++ for you both!!!

Carolina in the Ancaster, Ontario store is a plumbing specialist. She spent about 1 1/2 hours with us to find the right products for our needs. We are very satisfied and would recommend this store to help you. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful! Thanks Carolina!

I purchased a product online during the pandemic. After picking it up I noticed it was 1 year out of date. I cannot believe Lowes would use a pandemic to get rid of out of date stock to customers. I have emailed and called Lowes numerous times for an explanation and no one ever gets back to me. I called the store direct and twice spoke to managers who promised to return calls, no luck, dissapointed in Lowes.
