I bought a dryer at Lowe's at the Tillicum store this week and I was more than satisfied with the service I got. Talked to a very nice young man (I have to drive from Sooke so always make sure item is in store) and he was very helpful with confirming that the item I wanted was indeed in stock. On arriving the next day, Trent, the same young man who helped me on the phone, remembered my name and quickly dug out the dryer I wanted from the floor below (a shipment had arrived but not been unpacked yet). He appeared with the dryer on a dolly, I paid and they loaded it onto my truck asap. Really good service and Trent was very polite and helpful - can't recommend the store enough. This is not the first time I have been pleased shopping at Lowe's. Thank you, will shop there again.
