Poor attention to customer service and satisfaction.the staff need to look after the customers. They need to go take some lessons in resolving issues with customers first

It's always the Staff that make's the store either pleasant or not. From the Janitor's down to the Packer's, Till person's, Manager's, everybody. This store is good, even though they're a little out of the way now, I will still shop online from these guy's.

Recently had a terrible experience at the Port Place LD with a Nikki Sixx looking customer service rep. Rude, wrong, abrupt and dismissive. This was all made good by their associate Oline with her professional and solution driven demeanor. I hope Oline gets the recognition she deserves. She will surely rise to the top of your organization and hopefully the ones like 'Nikki' will be reprimanded or let go.
