They choose Canpar to deliver their items. Canpar does not knock/ring at door, not ring the buzzer, but simply pastes the pick up notice. If asked for delivery reattempt, they charge mandatory $10 (on top of the shipping that you already paid with LinenChest. Customer service at LinenChest is not even responding, nor trying to solve the situation.

I purchased 5 UGG pillow and blanket sets (so I thought) you had on sale October 3rd but I only got the UGG pillows. When I sent on email 2 days later and called no one reply to my email or phone call. 3 days later they send me on email promoting the same promotion UGG pillow and blanket for $69.95, I sent another email and didn’t hear back. I would give them zero stars but I can’t. Don’t buy from them.

I have been waiting for my order for three months and they still haven't shipped my order. I guess they sold it for a price that's too low so they are just waiting for the customers to cancel later. Apparently we bought other things that they can make profits so they had sent to me right away. With this kind of selling strategy I don't think I will ever buy anything from them in the future since I feel being tricked. Please be honest to your customers.
