We bought a TV on Boxing Day. Had it delivered on the 30th. It didn't work. Spent HOURS on chat and telephone support with LG. They couldn't solve the issue. Leon's won't accept a return. "All Sales Are Final" "We've had problems with vendors not accepting our returns, so we don't do them anymore" Too bad. So sad. "It's between LG and you."
