It took over 4 months to get my new sofa and chair that we had to pay upfront when they delivered this the delivery guys damaged sofa , paint on my walls and the new flooring. Now that want us to return it and they will order new so i guess we will be sitting on the floor for 6-8 months

There are products ordered months ago, like 6 months ago, and they have the audacity to charge full amount. Yet cant answer calls properly when we try to follow up on an order. If there is a 6 month or more backlog, I dont understand why the heck they sell the item? or charge for the item when you cant deliver on time..6 months and counting,absolutely disgusting customer service. the store agents are amazing, but customer service is a disgrace

sales and managers staff do not understand the difference between washer and dryer pair and all in one combo they were telling us that if we buy All in one washer dryer combo( which is one piece) we have to pay warranty as it is 2 different appliances. Never heard such a ridiculous statement. They are not even trying to think. Have not been shopping in this store for over 5 years and must say service has gone down and knowledge of sales personnel is bad. We also asked for a bundle discount and a sales lady, simply punch in numbers from their site and gives us a full total price. She has not even tried to earn your business by offering some discounts like other stores.
