Ordered a chair October 28 they told me 3 weeks delivery. I called November 28 they said it’s been ordered and likely be another 3 weeks. December 20 they call me tell me it’s at their warehouse in Scarborough and can deliver December 31 I told them to order it in to Sarnia and I’ll pick it up on December 23. I call on 23 they did not order it up that nobody told them it’s now December 28 still waiting no one kept in touch with me regarding stas

Terrible service I purchased living room suite paid in full, Leons failed to deliver on delivery date despite me taking the day off to receive it No Phone call nothing from them. when I called to inquire, no body can tell me where My furniture is. was given new date, no furniture arrived, was given another new date, still no furniture . another month passed NO SURPRISE no furniture when I call I get the run a round. LEONS you have failed to deliver 3 times. I will never recommend you. your customer service is the worst I have ever come across. I paid in full You did not deliver instead you gave me the run a round and excuses. I will now turn to social media to share my story

ordered couch was not delivered (even though we confirmed and took day off work) staff extremley rude and said we can not deliver for another 2 days( so another day off wok) and they said its the best we can do we will give you 40 dollars back for inconvenience, but you already got a smoking deal on the couch so you should be happy. No manager ever called us...still waiting to see if the couch will arrive tomorrow... horrible customer service, will never shop there again.
