I just have to comment about this store and the staff. This store has the BEST customer service that is CONSISTENTLY GREAT at any clothing store I have ever been to. I’ve gone there for YEARS and no matter what you need - if you’re just looking, or desperate to find that “right” outfit, the sales people are friendly and helpful. The store has always been clean and organized. Returns are easy and sales people always friendly.

I am so happy to give the sales personnel at Laura in Masonville Mall London an A+. I was provided with wonderful assistance without any pressure, and all the ladies were so cheery and friendly. I sorry that I don’t know the names of everyone who helped me, but Fozia remembered me when I needed to do a small exchange and was happy to do that for me. The store provided such a warm environment and I will most certainly continue to shop there.

I came to pick up a gift on hold and was looking forward to shopping for myself as I has found some beautiful clothes at Laura Langley in years past. I was harshly scrutinized at the door for the mask that I was wearing. This overly exaggerated examination was done in front of other customers; it was extremely humiliating. I was finally ‘released’ by this stanch woman, picked up my item, turned and left. Laura Langley, you have lost a good customer.
