On Sept. 1 I bought a sofa at their Kennedy Rd, Scarborough store. They said it would be delivered in October. For over 3 months I was repeatedly told it would be delivered on one day or another, but it never happened. I would end up calling them and each time they would give me another false day. Finally on December 8 I called and told them I wanted my money back, and like magic they delivered the sofa within 24 hours.

I have tried contacting this company in several different ways. There is no shipping date for my product and they will not refund my money. I have waited on holed for hours on multiple occasion just to be transferred to a line that doesn't get answered. SCAMMERS!

Having purchased a new build, I had a fridge delivered before my move in date as part of my appliance package with the builder. In was in the new home for over a month due to covid restrictions before I was able to inspect said appliance. When I finally was able to inspect the fridge I saw it had 5 gauges on the doors. I then endeavoured to get hold of both my builder and a Bad Boy representative to report the issue and find a solution to the issue. The builder told me as it was a delivery issue from Bad Boy I had to get hold of a specific representative, I did this and it took a week of me calling three times...leaving messages which did not get returned and finally getting hold of the reps manager which then caused the rep to call me back. Instead of just talking to me on the phone she asked me to send an email with serial number etc she asked if we had plugged the appliance in. As we had, she then said there was nothing they could do as their policy covered only three days after delivery. Nothing I said would get any other response from this rep and I understand their policy for customers that are there to receive the goods but surely they must have exceptions to this rule when they are delivering to an empty new build...especially when COVID restrictions caused delays to our move in date. This is a terrible policy and even worse customer service from a well known company.

I have repeatedly dealt with associates at Lastmans bad boy to no avail... I have been told twice now got my refund would be given to me within 3 to 5 business days and it hasn't happened.. I tried cancelling this order in mid September after receiving notifications of back orders for two months, this is why I cancelled my order.. these people are crooks and we'll never ever purchase anything from this company again and I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody else falls into this trap.. My next course of action will be to contact better business bureau and protest in front of their head office in Toronto..

Absolutely the worst customer service ever experienced. Extended warranty scammers, solid gold protection plan is crap. It has been over a month of 37 phone calls, constant run around, mass confusion, 6 different associates, very rude and all in the middle of a pandemic - has left me with no option but to tell everyone I know (including those i dont) to never ever shop at badboy. Who is worse than badboy? Nooobody!
