ordered a fridge, was told no problem, a month later still no fridge. terrible customer service, terrible store manager, sales rep left the store, no way to recover money. Do not spend your money at this store Bad Boy.

We ordered a couch and for almost 2 months we got no updates on whether it shipped or not so we decided to reach out. The customer service is terrible and never gave a direct answer, we're still trying to find out what's going on with our order. Save yourself the troubles of dealing with this company.

Consumer complain !!!! Badboys Furniture in London doesn’t have in stock furniture neither appliances !!! And still advertising as if they have, they take your money as final sell, but went the time comes to get your delivery DOES NOT COME, then you call and they tell you “oh we don’t have it it is out of stock SO you then had paid for the product and they don’t know what day you will get it !!!!! It can be one month up to what day!!!! No one in the store knows..... the Bad news is that they can not give you your money back !!! So you paid not product and you do t know went you will get it !!! Please share !!!!
