I was very disappointed in Bad Boy. I ordered a refrigerator several months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Instead of giving me a similar refrigerator they said they had one that was $450.00 more. They couldn’t deliver until January but I needed the refrigerator now. When I tried to cancel the transaction I was told there was a no cancel policy. I will never shop at bad boy again. The entire experience was terrible and left me feeling frustrate
