If you need a couch or anything else please don’t go to bad boys, they take your money but don’t deliver. I have been waiting since Dec to have pieces missing from my sectionals sofa, you always get the runaround.

I have been trying to get my money back for over half a year for goods that were never sent. No one answers emails and no one on the phone feels responsible and you are constantly put off. If you have the options, buy somewhere else.

Ordered an item (a chair) from Bad Boy on 16/02/2021, almost 3 weeks ago. Credit Card charged immediately for full amount after the order was placed on-line . No information on delivery date, but the store is 4 km from my location. Choose Bad Boy to support local, Canadian business (had same offers from other sellers). Called today (speaking with sales representative Terelena) , was informed the item will not be delivered for at least another 3 weeks, so the soonest delivery day is 1.5 months from the date of placing the order. Asked then for cancellation of the order and refund: was informed there is 25% cancellation fee. Placed the complain with my Credit Card customer service. Very upset, in times of Covid and 21 century robbing customers of money paid while not fulfilling obligation and not informing customers the delivery will take months.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Had a couch delivery scheduled for about a week before Christmas - waiting MONTHS for this and they were supposed to take the old couch away and bring the new one we had picked out. The day comes and they come and they take the old broken couch (another story about how their couches break in literally weeks) away and do not deliver a new couch! When I called I was sent from person to person for about 6 hours and told this was a mistake and they don’t even have the couch to deliver. THEY SCHEDULED A COUCH DELIVERY WITHOUT A COUCH. They wouldn’t even have the couch we bought in for another month. When I tried to get a refund I was told I could not because it’s all sales final and part of it was on the warranty from the old couch - I spent 6 hours on phone calls back and forth with different people and got nowhere and the manager was condescending and had an attitude of “what am I supposed to do about it lady?”. Next day my boyfriend went in store and was given a partial refund without the attitude and rudeness... apparently you have to be a man to get the refund because I was told I definitely couldn’t multiple times without any reconciliation on the fact that they left my family without furniture for Christmas and the holidays. The manager said multiple times “Well what do you want me to say?” when asked why our couch was taken without a couch to deliver and what could be done to fix this. AWFUL AND RUDE SERVICE. For reference it is now February - I am still waiting for a regional manager or someone to contact me regarding this and WE STILL HAVE NO COUCH.
