paid good money for a coat in the new Label store in Saint John wore it for 2 weeks and teeth fell off zipper, tried to return for exchange said i had it too long and smiled as she said this, i tried to get someone to respond to me on their facebook page but no response , that will be the last of my money spent there or at their sister stores

The winter coat was worn once and the zipper was defective. I returned it to the store they refused to exchange the coat and of course they have a no refund policy. Don't shop there ever!

Went to Labels (Tanger Mall Cookstown location) just before Christmas. Two girls working (I think) in the store. LOUD hip-hop/rap music playing in-store. Purchased a 3/4 coat for my wife, chosen by herself. The coat was on its second wear when the zipper split right up the middle. Such a beautiful coat with a 50 cent zipper. Hope that isn't an omen for the rest of the coat. Didn't take it back to store because I refused to deal with the two ditzes who do not know the meaning of the words "customer service". Nor do they know the meaning of "real music" I might add. We went to Fabricland and purchased a real steel, top and bottom opening, actual zipper and took the coat to an alteration shop to have it put in. Would we ever return to shop at any Labels location again? In a word .... NO.

I can't stand the loud music in your Cornwall store. It is not a pleasant shopping experience and not conducive to me ever going back. Apparently, employees are not permitted to turn it down. It's got to be terrible for the staff who are subjected to it all day long, but it's no longer a problem for me as I will avoid your store completely.

Purchased a coat two weeks before Christmas. Zipper split 2 weeks and 3 days after purchase. Could not find the receipt because it was Christmas and I had a million receipts. Do have credit card transaction for the exact amount of coat. Will not replace faulty product. Was the first and last time I will ever shop at that store. I have a Columbia jacket that is 10 years old and the zipper still works! This crap lasted 3 weeks and they will not back up their product despite proof of purchase. Perhaps this is why the store sits empty while the mall is packed. Disappointed in this Canadian company. Will not be back.

I have visited the Hamilton location at the centre previously, and liked the clothes and actually purchased a dress. I visited the same store again on Oct 11/17 at around 8 pm. The store was quiet. I was the only customer in there at the time. The employee was no where to be found, and when she did come out, she said NOTHING. Not even a nod towards me. NOTHING. I work in customer service, and I was shocked. When she finally did make eye contact, that’s all it was. Eye contact. Not even a smile. Very uncomfortable situation. Made me leave the store right away. Just a piece of advice. Take the time to train your employees on customer service. It goes a long way!!!!
