Le 21 décembre 2019, mon conjoint m’a acheté un spa diffuseur au magazine Living dans les promenade St-Bruno, le spa ne marche pas, j’étais allée le changer le même 21 janvier et le magazine est fermé, j’ai laissé mes informations à la sécurité du centre d’achat sans retour, j’étais allée le 24 janvier et je dois laisser un message à vous pour le retour. Pourriez-vous me donner l’information comme je peux changer mon spa?

I had never been to a Kasa Living store before, and saw a lamp I liked at the shop in Premium Outlets Halton Hills. The women who served us looked for a lamp in their store room, but couldn't find the one they were supposed to have in inventory. Rather than take a chance on not being able to get the lamp another time, we agreed to take the floor model, which was working when we saw it on the floor. We left it with the gals to disassemble so we could carry it more easily, and returned later to pick it up. When we got the lamp home, we tried to get it working but discovered that something had happened to the lamp when they unscrewed its sections, detaching several wires in the process. We called the store to see if they would exchange it. "No problem" was the response from the person who answered, indicating that the manager agreed to exchange and try to get a new one. On that basis, I drove back 50 km back to the store, hopeful of some remediation. The story suddenly changed when I got to the store. The manager firmly stated "no refunds. No returns, no exchanges". Basically tough sh*t on a defective product. What reputable store or business tells a customer to take a hike on a purchase that is broken, and not broken by the customer. In my business, we will fly a thousand miles to make a dissatisfied customer happy. All I can say is that you should think very carefully about shopping at this chain. They carry defective merchandise and do not care about customer satisfaction. Buyer beware!
