I have purchased a bangle priced 550 dollars during Valentine's special (during lockdown) as a 40th birthday gift for my sister, trusting that Karen's is a reputable jewellery and carries quality products. I couldn't be more DISAPPOINTED. I paid 375 dollars for GARBAGE. It is a hollow gold bangle that cannot be worn because it gets dented by holding it. Refused to exchange. AVOID!!
