My husband and I are new to Alberta and needed to replace all our furniture. JYSK We experienced the best in sales from all the staff on several trips. The quality is good and the prices are fantastic. If you have a problem with something, they quickly address the problem, trying to fix it/ replace/ give a refund. I would not hesitate to recrement this store to anyone. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!

Purchased what I thought was a lovely queen size comforter called Arena. On the picture it depicted the comforter with the top part rolled back and the nice pillows on a white headboard. When I opened the purchase at home I realize the comforter pattern only went up 2/3 of the way. The part they rolled back was plain gray very sneaky way of selling a product. I feel taken advantage of. They knew people wouldn’t buy it if the pattern didn’t go all the way up to the top. Very sneaky since during covid you can’t return anything. I would rate satisfaction zero stars, but the site wouldn’t let me.

Glad to see Jysk Windsor opened today , but can you OPEN UP YOUR BATHROOMS ! My sister had to leave today after waiting in line for an hour because there was no Accessible washroom . These companies want your money but they can not accommodate there customers . And don’t blame in on Covid-19 , grocery stores have there washrooms open , why can’t you?

These lanterns take (3) - 3xAAA Batteries as they don't come with any! I looked on line to see how much they would cost from your store & they are Not available in your store (only the AA batteries are available!) I can't believe that you would sell these lanterns & not have the batteries in your store!! I can' t find these batteries in any other store in Barrie so they are no good for me as I wanted them for path lighting! I will now have to return all the lanterns unless you can tell me where to purchase them!! VERY DISAPOINTED!! I would like a responce about this situation! Thankyou Bernadette

I WENT TO THE JYSK STORE IN BARRIE ONTARIO ON DEC. 1ST. APPROX. 3 P. M AND ASKED A FEMALE CLERK IF THEY HAD ANY TENSION CURTAIN RODS -- SHE SAID NO AND SEEMED TO BE IN A HURRY TO GO SOME PLACE SO TO BE POLITE I RESPONDED TO HER SORRY TO BOTHER YOU --- I WAS TRYING TO BR NICE-- WELL GUESS WHAT I RECEIVED A VERY RUDE HARSH COMMENT BACK( THAT WAS NOT A VERY NICE THING TO SAY) I CANT BELIEVE PEOPLE NOW A DAYS I AM 70 YEARS OLD I DID SAY TO HER (OH YOU SEEMED TO BE IN A HURRY AND I WAS NOT TRYING TO BE RUDE AT ALL) I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THE STORE MANAGER BUT OF COURSE YOU CANT FIND ANY PHONE NUMBERS-- WHAT ELSE IS NEW---- I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE STORE THEY HAVE LOST 1 PERSONS BUSINESS.. THIS PERSON SHOULD NOT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC!!!!!!! I COULD NOT ERASE THE STARS BUT FOR ME THEY WOULD NOT GET ANT STARS JUST AN UN HAPPY FACE
