I bought from the Place Vertu store the leggings, fur ones and plain ones, had one problem with the fit of a pair that I purchased for a friend and took them back and the manager exchanged them right away, she was very helpful and kind. I bought a lot of leggings, mitts, blankets, shawls from this store and the management was so very helpful, took the time to chat and find out what you were looking for. Great store!!!

Purchased fleece lined leggings and regular leggings in November for 10.00 each. Great price, satisfied with quality. After all it’s fast fashion people, not quality merchandise. The reviews above are unrealistic. It’s a ten dollar pair of pants…come on. Hope the store stays in business, I’ll buy from Just Cozy again and ahain.

J’ai acheté deux legging en magasin. Un doublé et un non doublé. J’ai pu essayer en magasin. J’ai décidé d’essayer seulement le legging non doublé en xs-s et ça me convenait. Rendue à la maison, j’ai essayé le legging doublé xs-s et je l’ai trouvé trop petit. J’ai eu un échange en magasin sans problème. Super service lors de mes achats. J’adore la texture du tissu et la douceur de la doublure. Pour le prix, c’est vraiment un bon achat!

I love these fur leggings! I am a size 8-10 and m/l fits very nicely on the legs and hips, but I have had to sew a coupe of darts in the waist to help keep them from riding down. Other than that they are wonderful for the winter, I wear them all the time and have about 8 pairs.

I bought 4 items (blankets) and had to return because they were so thin I could see the other side through the blanket. Exchange only but I don’t need anything else - I have about 6 of their scarves (love them). Immediately sent back items, which went on sale for Black Friday, reordered new items and company would not honour the sale price like most companies do. I got ripped off and tricked by this company. Regular customer lost.

Purchased a pair of leggings size S/M as I was told that they would fit if you take size 6. Because no fitting rooms and the sales person said can be exchanged but no refund (which was noted on the cash register), therefore took her word. When I got home tried them on but couldn’t even get them passed my hips..they have no stretch to them. Anyways few days later when back to store (Yorkdale) to return them and chose a scarf instead ($12.00)…tbc

Store in Nelson BC would not let me exchange the size without a paper receipt. It’s COVID, unbelievable. Looks like I am not the only one with a problem contacting these vendors.

I would recommend buying from else where. Go on Amazon and look up fuzzy leggings or something. The St.Laurent mall just cozy pop up store has a) a hostile manager b) kinda disorganized and c) they won’t do the exchange when they say keep tags and recipet. So my story is Sunday of the Black Friday I drive an hour in to do an exchange. Sizes don’t fit wtv not a bug deal. This was 1 of the two errands I needed to run in Ottawa. She just flat out said no. She will do it Monday. I told her I live an hour out and to please make the exception. She bluntly said no, that this was direction from her manager. I asked if she could get a hold of the manager to explain. She said I AM the manager. I said you just told me you got direction from management... and she snapped back my boss told me we aren’t taking returns on the Black Friday weekend. So instead of fighting with her I walked out of the store. I wouldn’t even give this store a 1 star if I had the choice.

Me and my daughter just visited the pop up store at the Cookstown Outlet Mall. The staff were wonderful and helpful. My daughter bought me a pair of inclined in an XL...the fit lovely and I am plus size Mama. My daughter is a size 8 so she bought Med. lined with fur...they are more fitted then the unlined but once she wore them the stretched. The associate let us know there was no refund and suggested that we wash them on gentle cycle and hang to dry. I wash mine and they are still great!

my naïve husband went into this store to buy me birthday gifts. He didn't know that the merchandise cannot be returned at all! I went to the store to try to find something - anything that actually fit me, there was nothing. The leggings did not come close to fitting, regardless of size and looked very cheap. The hat did not fit properly in any size. The best part is their policy - CANNOT BE RETURNED.\ I will tell everyone I know not to ever shop at this store.

Purchased a bunch of leggings from them, all of them were labelled the same size and I get home to find out that they were not at all the sizes that they were labelled as...needless to say now I can't even exchange or return the stupid things now :c and they dont even cover my ankles like seriously lol...plus they dont even care to help you much when i needed sizes a couple of them were huddled around the till chatting it up!

Nothing is refundable so I wasted almost $50 on leggings that I had to exchange from XL to med. because they were way to big now they are a bit too small and do not stay up, would not have bought if change rooms were available. Also the women to sold them to me in the Brandon, Mb location looked like a junky and seemed like she was high on drugs. do not recommend buying from there or other locations, terrible products

Would never buy again. Purchases a gift for Christmas, the size didn’t fit and needed to be exchanged (of course you can’t return anything) went back to the store and it wasn’t there, tried calling their customer service couldn’t get through, emailed multiple times and no response. Was stuck with crap that didn’t fit anyone.

Nothing is returnable even if defective. Claim to be an all Cdn company yet sell only made in China stuff for $25 when it isn't worth $5. Sized very very very small, sewn wrong, sock liners are lumpy, such a short rise on the leggings that they won't even stay up. worst ever
