Not helpful at all. My Airpods were still under warranty the microphones were not working so I took them in. They called me and said that there was physical damage and blamed me for it (and I didn't remove anything) so it wasn't covered under warranty. They wanted me to pay $95+ tax par airpod which is more than just buying new ones. They just come up with excuses that aren't covered under warranty to steal your money. Not helpful at all and just want to steal your money. Will not be back to this or any other jump.

I Can't believe what just happened today? I have an Autistic son who loves Apple Products and he likes to hang out and try to convince me to buy them. Today I decided to go sit down and let him explore by himself, about ten minutes later he comes out of the Jump Plus ( Limeridge Mall) looking embarrassed and upset. He was asked to leave the store by an employee because he had a sensitive nose and my son had B.O. I'm wondering if I had been there and purchasing something would he have been treated the same way? What does this man do when someone comes in with to much cologne or perfume? I don't believe there were any other complaints and there were other employees that stood and talked with him without any problems or they just handled the situation much better. We approached the manager about what had happened but all he could do was ask how he could make things better. How do you fix that? My son has had a lifetime of intolerant people, and that was just another one. Maybe better customer service training or maybe some people don't belong in that kind of profession. I do have to say there are some great people that do and have worked there, and when they have time make my son feel very welcome in the store. I still can't believe that happened, and will question myself on whether to do business in that store again.
