I’m not sure why folks are complying about not getting a refund from online orders. I have had a few occasions that my order had to be returned. I have never had a problem with returning items at the Saint John journeys if it was online order. As matter of fact the folks there are very easy going and will do what they can for me. I even seen one of the staff go out of her way to make sure the person left happy

Placed an order only to be told that my order was cancelled and was never notified of it until I had to reach out to customer service myself. Then they said they issued a refund back to my account on October 4th but pulled the payment of my transaction on the 5th. Shady company.
