(1/5) Refuse to Return Deposit for 18l water bottles

Paid 10 $ deposit for each of 8 refillable 18 l 3 weeks ago from this store. Today they refused to return my deposit and wanted to give me coupons to use on future deposits. I explained I won’t need bottled water in the future, “that’s policy” was the response. Staff advised that their was no point discussing with the Manager as he wouldn’t help. Someone has my 80$ and I want it back!
