i've found Customer service is fantastic here, if you need something all i have to do is ask and employees go above and beyond to help and if they don't have a product they always recommend substitutes! i love seeing all the friendly faces at the front end. i had a huge cart of stuff and most employees would see that and sigh but Erica and Michael are without a doubt were the fastest cashier and bagger i have seen. fantastic experience.

Went there with my mother and was told we couldn't shop together. I asked if that was the law and was told it is not but if I don't comply I can't shop there. So I left. I called the store owner. He swore at me, told me to get over it and that he was tired of listening to customers bitch! He asked me if I wanted to run the store if I thought I knew so much better. He said the reason the extra rules are in place is because he is tired of being sued because people have gotten the covid 19 at his store and sued him. That is a complete lie! We have not had a single case in Athabasca. After I informed him that we haven't had covid in Athabasca he told me he didn't have time for this. Look! I can understand following the law but going above and beyond just because you enjoy controlling others is absolute garbage. And then to lie and curse and behave completely unprofessional is also garbage. Perhaps this gentleman doesn't deserve the customers he has. He has lost me for life, that's for sure.
