Friday, September 21 3pm 2018 House of knives ... store Kelowna's mall... asked the attendant if he had a knife sharpener like the Cuisinart one I have at home. maybe he thought that I wanted only that brand, any good sharpener would have been fine ... but a big huff of air came out of his mouth and he turned his back on me and walked away. sad how an employee can turn your customers away FOREVER... I have bought many things there from scissors to knives,,, never again... I will pass it on. Thank you.
