Hello, The associate that works at the Prodesk, has no customer service skills at all, she's very rude and has no patience for the customers. Puts in wrong orders and is always asking for help for her colleagues, she needs to be retrained or fired. She's always sitting on the job and complaining she's tired, always making personal calls and on her cell. She needs to go and give the job to people that need one!

I ordered a riding lawn mower online on the 7th and paid 75 extra for the delivery. The delivery date i got was May 8. On may 8 my order started showing rescheduling. When i called the home depot they told me that i will get me mower deliver today before 8 pm. After calling and confirming with the staff for about 3 times they i will get me stuff deliver before 8. However, i never got my delivery. There phone service is the worse on next day when i called at 9:34and the lady on reception said that Gyatri will call me as she has an update on my order. Well its 11.55 now i am still waiting for a call from gyatri. I have been calling home depot from past one hour the phone bell rings and it gets disconnected. I have already call them for more than 50 times. I have spent $2700 on my order and after spending such big amount i am not even getting an answer if i will receive my order or not. Their service is the worse.

Price grantee and Customer Satisfactions was announce in the store while I am shopping in the store and not worrying, So I decided to buy a sheet of ply wood sheet, then when I look at my bill from Lows's to home depot store there is a difference in price for the same exact sheet of wood.- I went back this Home Depot #7006 Sore, Spock the manger at that time Mario and refuse see my concern and look issue. he simply tell me go some were else and get out of this store. I was shocked store like this say's and what they honner thire customers. I was shopping from this home depot since they came to Canada and open their business in here. i am help less now. People watch this is a scam from there business practice with consumers like me.***** thank you.
