Purchased a Savoury Hickory Selection from the Hickory Farms Kiosk at our local mall in St. Albert. The Summer Sausage had mold inside the wrapper. When we contacted the website they told us we could replace it but we are not interested in replacing with the same product we have eaten that contained mold. Tried to return the item at the kiosk but the manager refused to either refund or allow us to use the cost of the item for another, hopefully safe to eat product. Totally disgusted with the way this once loved company has handled this whole fiasco. Save your selves the trouble and stay safe and! Skip Hickory Farms this year people they do not stand by their product and do not provide any modicum of decent customer service for their faulty products.

first girl i dealt with very pleasant and nice needed to get some other things first when went back different girl there was short with me and my husband when we were buying two baskets she told me there was a basket inthe box when i said box was empty she said that is the basket in your hand was not most pleasant person i have dealt with first girl muchmore pleasant and helpful wouldhave been glad to deal with her instead of help i got love your products not the service i got
