I am not quite sure how even to put this in words other than each event is like being in a bad Seinfeld episode. Usually when you hand a prescription to the pharmacist their job is to take that prescription, FILL prescription, INFORM when prescription in, GIVE prescription. And some not all will even tell you how to use prescription. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED because they lost my prescription so had to get doctor to provide another, then they forgot to order again - overall 3 weeks for a prescription. Second time they ask for my money over the phone for prescription, I said that I could be there in 30 min to pay and pick up. The pharmacist said prescription not ready they needed a pre pay in order to order the prescription. Frustrated I agreed asking when it would be ready. THEY WOULD CALL WHEN DONE. 5 days go by with no word so I call and guess what........ I’m told prescription has been there since the day I paid. No words.
