I have always enjoyed these store. My 10 year old daughter is very interested in dragons and has been collecting the Seeds of Legend eggs for years. She recently recieved a duplicate...we tried to return it. I was met with a snappy manager who went on to tell me that no exchange can be made without the paper copy of the receipt. Well I don't live close to the family member who bought this egg but did get a photo of the entire recipe. Still, I was told she would loose her job of she did the exchange for us. I can't imagine there is no way around this. I have spend so much money at these stores I can not believe the poor service and ridiculous return policy. Almost evey store will do a return for store credit at the very least. We just wanted to exchange for a different colour. What happened to pleasing the customer!?!?
