The worst customer service, management null understanding. I was today at this shop close to Chinook and i was pull out from shop because I don't wear the mask up on top of the nose, I try to explain to the stupid girl that I have very bad allergy, and respiratory problem and I can't put the mask on top of the nose because I can't breath , I don't think that she is aware she's putting my life at risk , she say that I have to leave the shop or she call the police. So just to be clear I wear my mask just it's was a little down under the nose. That is the second time when the stupid employee put me out of shop , they don't have any medical education just repeat like a parrot that is the rules, fuck you I know the rules and I try to respect so far I can but don't put my life on risk shut-up if you don't know about what you talking. some information for your employee to get smarter "" Alberta Human rights complaints about mask-wearing When accommodating a relevant protected ground, consideration will be given to the need to balance accommodation obligations with other legal obligations to co-workers and/or customers.
